El Dorado Guitar Accessories does not sell or share your information with outside companies or third parties.
For the purpose of completing and processing your online purchases, we collect your name, billing and shipping information, and contact information. We respect your privacy by not selling or sharing this information. El Dorado Guitar Accessories does not retain, store, or have access to your credit card information.
Returns & Exchanges
Returns and exchanges are permitted for any stock production product (excluding custom-order, closeout, or factory 2nd sales) when returned within 30 days of receiving your item. The item must be in as-shipped resaleable condition to be considered for refund or exchange. Any full refund/return will be determined by El Dorado Guitar Accessories on a case by case basis. Purchaser is responsible for return shipping and for the cost of shipping the replacement item of choice. The original shipping fee on returns is not refundable. If we ship the wrong product based on your order information or it is defective, El Dorado Guitar Accessories will reimburse the return shipping to the customer.
Shipping & Handling
We typically ship domestic orders via US Postal Priority Mail. All international packages are shipped USPS Postal International Economy Airmail. Customers may request alternative or expedited shipping; additional shipping fees may apply. El Dorado Guitar Accessories is not responsible for lost, damaged, or delayed shipments, and we have no control over international customs agencies, applied duties or tariffs.
All of our products are individually handcrafted. Although we maintain inventory on most of our popular products and sizes, there may be occassions when we cannot ship your order promptly. Our policy is to notify the customer and provide an estimate of the ship-date, or to offer an alternative product or refund of purchase.
Right of Refusal
El Dorado Guitar Accessories retains the right to cancel or refuse an order at any time for any reason.
Additional Information
El Dorado Guitar Accessories are individually handcrafted in Pasadena, CA. Because of the nature of manufacturing, please allow time for your order to be produced and shipped.
We reserve the right to change pricings, modify leather styles, colors, or types, or refuse business. Be aware that leather can display naturally occurring markings or blemishes, and leather colors and strap models may be slightly different than online or catalog photos. If you receive a stock product (i.e.: non custom-order) not to your satisfaction, please contact us at 626-791-4995 prior to returning it. The item must be in original, unused condition in its original packing carton. All products must be returned via Postal Service to our PO Box address.
Customers may return unused stock product (non custom-order or custom-size) within 30 days of receipt, for exchange, credit, or refund. Customer is responsible for all shipping fees- we do not offer refunds or credits on any shipping charges. Straps or items attached to, or mounted onto an instrument, that show any signs of use, such as markings around strap button holes, are considered used. Installation or use of strap lock devices, or request by customer to have strap button holes widened for any purpose, voids return policy.
